This includes a regiment of weight training to gradually harden and build your muscles. Once built up, these new found muscles can work on burning fat while you sleep. Measure Your Heart RateYou want to stay within the fat burning zone, That is, your heart rate should be in around 60% to 75% of you maximum heart rate. To keep you within the right pace, you want to buy yourself a heart rate monitor. I use the Polar F11 unit and it is best investment you can make in your quest for good health. Otherwise, if your heart rate is too low, you will not get the most out of your workout. On the other hand, if your heart rate is too high, you will not burn the maximum amount of fat, but will dip into your sugar stores. Speaking Of SugarYou know the old saying, garbage in, garbage out.
